Responsible for identifying, developing, and converting retrofit opportunities across hotels, commercial buildings, and institutional facilities by engaging directly with owners and key decision-makers. This is a hunter role focused on uncovering operational, financial, and energy challenges, then translating them into commercially viable energy solutions that reduce operating costs, improve energy efficiency, and enhance long-term asset performance.Partnering closely with the Engineering team, the role owns the commercial sales journey—from prospecting and opportunity development to project award—guiding clients through INTRIX's Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS) solution.

As Project Manager, you are responsible for the successful delivery, profitability, and post-handover performance of INTRIX's project portfolio. You lead cross-functional teams across engineering, installation, commissioning, and service to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Beyond project delivery, you drive after-sales service excellence, develop Project & Service Leads, establish scalable execution standards, and serve as the final escalation point for critical project and client issues.

The role ensures every project is delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, within approved scope and ready for operational use by the client. Working closely with Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, QA/QC and contractors, the Project Engineer coordinates all project activities until successful commissioning. Upon successful T&C and client acceptance, the completed project is formally handed over to the Aftersales Department for ongoing support and maintenance.This role supports projects across Intrix Renewable’s business segments, including Energy-as-a-Service (EaaS/EPC) and New Build (Unitary).
